Freedom of Information Act

To inform the public, OCRWM has placed documents, photographs, and publications online. Most OCRWM-related information is also available in public reading rooms. Documents may be ordered by calling 702-794-1322.

If you have tried these sources for information but what you seek was not available, you may submit a Freedom of Information Act request through the  U.S. Department of Energy Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program. In compliance with FOIA regulations, in certain cases the DOE may charge fees to recover the costs of searching, reviewing, and copying information. Additionally, some information is exempt from public distribution.
