At the Office of Civilian Radioactive
Waste Management, we use a Lessons
Learned program to communicate things
we’ve learned from past experiences
that could reduce risks, improve efficiency,
and enhance the cost effectiveness
of our different operations.
The goal of this program is to share
and use experienced-based information
to promote the recurrence of desirable
activities, and prevent the recurrence
of undesirable activities.
