DOE ordered Allen Co. to pay a $5,000 civil penalty after finding Allen Co. had failed to certify that certain models of faucets comply with the applicable water conservation standards. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Allen Co.
