DOE ordered Engineered Products Company to pay a $480 civil penalty after finding EPCO had manufactured/privately labeled and distributed in commerce in the U.S. 19 units of basic model 15701, a metal halide lamp fixture. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and EPCO.
