DOE ordered Goodman Manufacturing Company L.P. to pay an $8,000 civil penalty after finding Goodman Manufacturing had failed to certify that certain room air conditioners comply with the applicable energy conservation standard. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Goodman Manufacturing.
