DOE ordered Paragon Sales Co., Inc., to pay a $6,000 civil penalty after finding Paragon Sales had failed to certify that certain models of Liebherr residential freezers comply with the applicable energy conservation standards. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Paragon Sales.
