DOE ordered Zoe Industries, Inc. to pay a $25,000 civil penalty after finding Zoe had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. at least 2,235 units of basic model 150043, a noncompliant showerhead. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Zoe.
