The Department of Energy (DOE) supports utilization of: (1) the General Service Administration’s Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) under the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative for Office Supplies Second Generation (FSSI OS2); and/or (2) the DOE’s AbilityOne Supply Stores, Paperclips, Etc., for Sources for Office Supplies.
