As described in Policy Flash 2011-44, the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) memorandum entitled “Myth-Busting: Addressing Misconceptions to Improve Communication with Industry during the Acquisition Process” required agencies to develop and submit a high-level vendor communication plan for OFPP approval. DOE’s approved plan is attached.
