Attached are copies of the 7 comments received to Federal Register notice Document Number 2011-32622, a copy of the matrix of the comments, a copy of DOE's responses to the comments, and marked up versions of the draft guidance showing the content changes to Parts I and II of guidance which were made as a result of the comments received. There were no changes to Parts III and IV of the guidance as a result of the comments received.
