Department of Energy proposes to provide funding to the recipient as a continuation of a fiscal year (FY) 2008 Congressionally Directed Project (CDP). The FY 2008 CDP focused on development of a curricula for biofuels and wind power courses and labs at Minnesota West Technical and Community College, and performance of research on the use of biomass feedstocks for ethanol production.
