Steam Reforming Treatability Study with Savannah River Site Low Activity Waste (LAW) (Module B)

A mixed waste treatability study will be performed to test the fluidized bed steam reforming (FBSR) technology on Savannah River Site Low Activity Waste (LAW) modified to simulate Hanford waste. The tests will be performed in Savannah River National Laboratory 773-A Shielded Cells, A-block with portions being completed in B-wing, C-wing, and in the Analytical Development laboratories. Approximately 2 liters of sample will be fed to the process.
