Subcontractor shall furnish all transportation, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, facilities, utilities, labor and supervision required to pressure wash, power tool clean, and/or blasting, and painting of the RPX spools at Bayou Choctaw. Government will have fire water available for pressure washing.
