Deactivation of the N Reactor Facilities, Richland, Washington
Based on the analysis in the EA, and and considering preapproval comments from the National Park Service, the State of Washington, and the Yakama Indian Nation, DOE has determined that the proposed action is not a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment within the meaning of the NEPA. Therefore, the preparation of an EIS is not required.
