DOE's proposed action is to authorize the expenditure of Federal funding under State Energy Program to design, permit, and construct the Archbold Wind Energy Project, a 750-kilowatt wind turbine at Archbold High School, located at 600 Lafayette Street, Archbold, Ohio.
