Surplus Plutonium Disposition Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (Use of H-Canyon/HB-Line to Prepare Feed for the Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication at the Savannah River Site)
During Fiscal Year 2012, DOE will initiate activities in the H-Canyon and HB-Line to support plutonium oxide production. The purpose and need for this action is to ensure sufficient early feedstock will be readily available when the MFFF begin operations.
