Antelope Valley Station to Neset Transmission Project
SUMMARY
USDA Rural Utilities Service is preparing this EIS to evaluate the environmental impacts of constructing, operating, and maintaining a proposed transmission line and associated facilities in western North Dakota. DOE's Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), a cooperating agency, would modify its existing Williston Substation to allow a connection of the proposed new transmission line to Western's transmission system.
