Patricia A. Hoffman was named Assistant Secretary for the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) at the United States Department of Energy (DOE) in June 2010 after serving as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary since November 2007. The focus of her responsibility is to provide leadership on a national level to modernize the electric grid, enhance the security and reliability of the energy infrastructure and facilitate recovery from disruptions to the energy supply both domestically and internationally.

In the capacity as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Ms. Lee provides executive direction for program-wide financial management, enterprise architecture, communications, and human capital and contract management. 

Mr. Henry (Hank) Kenchington is Deputy Assistant Secretary (DAS) for the Smart Grid Investment Program in the Department of Energy’s Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability. He is responsible for the strategic management of the $3.4 billion Smart Grid Investment Grant program funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to upgrade the nation’s power grid with advanced digital technologies to improve system reliability, security, and efficiency.

Jon C. Worthington has a thirty year career in the Federal power and energy marketing industry at DOE.   In 2012, Mr. Worthington was named the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the National Electricity Delivery Division in DOE’s Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE).  Here he directs the coordination of Federal transmission authorizations, state and regional policy assistance, an interconnection-wide transmission planning initiative, and the National Electric Transmission Congestion Study.  

Mr. Bryan is the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Security and Energy Restoration in the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE).  The office of Infrastructure Security and Energy Restoration (ISER) works with the National Security Staff, other U.S. government agencies, and international partners to enhance the security and resiliency of critical energy infrastructure and facilitate the reconstruction and recovery of damaged or disrupted energy systems. 

Ms. Alice Lippert has over 30 years in federal service.  She currently serves as the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Energy Infrastructure Modeling and Analysis Division.  This Division is responsible for grid modeling and assessments; transmission reliability and clean energy analysis and programs; data integration and visualization; and energy infrastructure and risk analyses.
