Beginning in 2010, homeowners in Oklahoma City are eligible for energy efficiency loans up to $10,000. Residents must have an annual income of $100,000 or less and must repay the loan within 36 months. Homes cannot be located within a flood zone, and the property title must be in the name of the person who is applying for the loan. The location for the improvements must be the applicant's primary residence. In order to qualify, homeowners must have an audit performed on their home.
