Southern California Edison offers an incentive for home builders to build homes which exceed 2008 Title 24 standards by 15%. The program is open to all single-family and multi-family new construction projects. A performance based approach is designed to encourage builders to construct single-family and multi-family dwellings that use at least 15% less energy than Title 24 standards. The incentive payments are based on the final 2008 T-24 reports created and signed by a Certified Energy Plans Examiners (CEPE) and verified by a third party HERS Rater.
Roseville Electric provides financial incentives to encourage local builders to construct energy efficient homes which incorporate solar resources. Participating builders can choose to build Preferred Homes or BEST Homes. The program requires that participating homes in a new development must incorporate energy efficient elements which can include 15 SEER/12 EER air conditioning units,and a minimum 20% cooling savings better than 2005 Title 24 requirements.
Roseville Electric offers incentives to its residential customers that encourage energy efficient improvements and equipment upgrades in eligible homes. Rebates of up to $75 are available to customers who install CEE tier 2 or 3 clothes washer, while a $400 incentive is offered for qualified efficient home HVAC systems. Roseville also provides rebates that encourage its customers to adopt passive measures, such as sunscreens and shade trees, which help lower the amount of energy needed by HVAC systems to effectively condition homes.

City of Riverside residents and employees are eligible to receive a rebate toward the purchase of qualified natural gas or hybrid electric vehicles purchased from a City of Riverside automobile dealership. The rebate is worth up to $2,000 for a new qualified vehicle or $1,000 for a qualified used vehicle.
